The power of prayer.

I am not a religious fanatic, am open/accepting of all faiths/beliefs-but personally believe in the power of prayer. I know many of us have things we are struggling with right now-so i thought it be nice to have a thread where we can share prayer requests.
I am asking for prayers for my sister who is very lost in life right now; and for my unborn child who i hope will be born healthy & happy.

Overcoming Life's Hardships
O Lord, we call upon You in our time of sorrow,
That You give us the strength and will to bear our heavy
burdens, until we can again feel the warmth and love of
Your divine compassion. Be mindful of us and have mercy
on us while we struggle to comprehend life's hardships.
Keep us ever in Your watch, til we can walk again with
light heartsand renewed spirits.

Well I am religious but I don’t try to put my faith on other people. I also believe in the power of prayer. I am open minded to all religions. I thank you Veronica, for putting this thread up. Tonight I also have a prayer.

I will be praying for Maria, you and that you have a healthy happy baby…God bless you...

Oh Lord Father I come to you tonight, with so much going on around me, there are so many people on this board tonight hurting and going through their issues. Be with them all, let them know you are here for them. I am trying to beat this cancer, but I say now let you will be done. I ask you to be with my child, she needs your healing too. I know I am asking for a lot of prayers but you know me. Go to my sister put your healing hands on her, give her strength because she does so much for everybody else and I ask you for something special for her. I also ask you to be with Aubrey and Audrey. They are struggling tonight as well.

This is my prayer in my father’s name...
